The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

5. Accuracy and Completeness
We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date graphic design services. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the services, and you acknowledge that the content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any material produced as part of our graphic design services remain with the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any materials provided by the Company without our explicit permission.

The Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the services are provided in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery times. Timelines for project completion will be communicated on a per-project basis.

The Company reserves the right to terminate our services at any time and for any reason. In the event of termination, you will be notified and provided with relevant information about the status of ongoing projects or services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Catalunya. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be exclusively settled in the courts located within Catalunya.

Payment Policy
At Marie Studio, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of quality and service. Our store policy ensures that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. All orders must pay 50% down payment before any work begins. We accept payment through debit, credit cards, cash app, paypal, venmo, bizum and cash. We do not accept checks or money orders.

We want to make sure that all of our customers have the best possible experience when shopping with us. We do not accept refunds or exchanges, we make sure that our clients are satisfied with their products and services before turnover. For more information on refund policy, access the refund policy on the menu section. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time. All orders will be shipped right after approval of product. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to shipping carriers. However we do try our best to give you the best estimate and work towards the fastest delivery date.
